  • 25 participated in the “Hands On” Workshop at the Ag Farm in Buies Creek.

  • 770 NC Volunteer Mission Flights

Baptist Educators

  • NC led other states with 19 educators joining the Fellowship
  • 850 participated as pen-pals through Christian Corresponders with 19 NC churches leading their young people to participate.
  • 1943 volumes through Book-Link were shipped to missionaries, national pastors, and schools overseas.

Correctional Ministry

  • 96 boys with a parent in prison attended Camp Angel Tree at Camp Caraway as a result of scholarships & transportation provided by Baptists; 23 of these boys made professions of faith at camp and 29 rededications

  • Over 2,000 participants in NC sponsored World Changers projects
  • 407 participants in Deep Impact Mission Camps
  • 2,000+ youth & adults participated in Church Day Program and game at Wake Forest University

Camps

  • 1,210 boys attended Camp Caraway this summer with 84 professions of faith, 404 rededications, and 151 commitments to full-time ministry
  • $4,427.87was collected for purchasing soccer balls to be used in evangelism for the 2008 Olympics and the Hunger Fund
  • 49 participated in a week of Christian High Adventure
  • Construction began on the RYE Foundation Caraway Staff House

Royal Ambassadors

  • 687 participated in RA Day with over 900 attending the Bobcats ballgame
  • 539 participated in the State RA Race in Salisbury
  • 159 participated in the state RA/Challengers Track Meet
  • 173 participated in Father/Son Overnight camps
  • 182 campers for Lad/Crusader Camporee

Men's Ministry

  • 2395 participants in spring and fall missions and Men’s Ministry rallies
  • 101 Men’s Ministry leaders training @ two state sessions

NC Baptist Missions Conference/Men's Convention

  • Over 2,000 participants attended this annual inspirational and informational meeting
